Do I pay per seat?
No. Both plans include unlimited team members. Flat rate, no per-seat charges.
What happens after my 30-day trial?
We'll email you before it ends. If you don't pick a plan, your account becomes read-only. No surprise charges.
Can I import my cap table from Carta?
Yes. Upload your Carta XLSX export (Detailed + Securities ledgers) and we'll import shareholders, share classes, certificates, SAFEs, options, vesting schedules, and funding rounds. The whole thing takes about 2 minutes.
How does the fundraising pipeline work?
