We don’t track how you use our platform. We don’t use analytics tools. We don’t collect metrics on the frontend.

How we use the data

We don’t use your data for our own purposes. The information you enter belongs to you and is only stored to help you manage your company. We don’t analyze this data or share it with third parties.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • You (the company using our platform) are the “data controller” responsible for lawfully collecting employee data
  • We are the “data processor” who simply store this data according to your instructions

Employee data rights

Your employees may have certain rights regarding their personal information, depending on their location. These may include:

We automatically archive data for employees who have left your company. You can request deletion of archived employee data at any time.

Data retention

We store active employee data as long as you maintain an account with us. Data for inactive employees is automatically archived. You control how long archived data is retained and can delete it at any time.

For users in the EU, please note that your data may be processed in the United States. By using our Service, you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence, including the United States, which may have different data protection rules than those of your country.
